About The Position

The Banquet Server is the heartbeat of our hospitality team, blending dedication and attention to detail to deliver unforgettable experiences. With top-notch customer service and communication skills, you orchestrate every banquet event with precision and flair, setting the stage for memorable moments that exceed our guests' expectations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Approach all guest interactions with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and team members to coordinate service and address any needs or concerns.
  • Attention to Detail: Set up and serve banquet functions according to hotel standards, ensuring all details are attended to.
  • Time Management: Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt and efficient service during events, from setup to breakdown.
  • Problem-Solving: Address guest complaints and issues calmly, referring them to management when necessary.
