In this role, you will be responsible for making arrangements for equipment needed for guest functions, ensuring its accuracy and completeness prior to the staff's arrival for room set up. You will assist the Banquet staff in room set up, making sure all guest tables, buffet tables, and equipment are set up correctly. Additionally, you will schedule staff for pre-meal assignments and function stations, informing them of any special requests or instructions. Inspecting food for quality and presentation prior to serving is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining open communication with the kitchen staff regarding any changes or special instructions.
