Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams in a banquet or event setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in banquet supervision or event management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquets and events, ensuring all details meet client specifications and hotel standards.
  • Supervise and support the banquet team, providing direction and leadership during events.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels for each event and manage team schedules.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and sales teams to coordinate food service and event timelines.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues during events promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
