Requirements

Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams in a banquet or event setting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in banquet supervision or event management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquets and events, ensuring all details meet client specifications and hotel standards.
Supervise and support the banquet team, providing direction and leadership during events.
Ensure proper staffing levels for each event and manage team schedules.
Work closely with the kitchen and sales teams to coordinate food service and event timelines.
Address guest concerns and resolve any issues during events promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
