About The Position
We are currently hiring event staff for our wedding season at Lesner Inn Catering Club. This part-time position requires staff to have weekend availability, reliable transportation to and from work, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The role involves working in a team setting, providing professional and attentive service to all guests, and ensuring the cleanliness and proper setup of service stations before, during, and after each event. Staff will assist with the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of all banquet events, and must be able to learn the menu specified in the Banquet Event Order (BEO). Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background check.
