About The Position

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Banquet Staff to support the setup, service, and breakdown of events such as weddings, meetings, and conferences. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by providing attentive service and maintaining a clean, organized event space.

Requirements

• Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
• Clear tables and assist with event breakdown and cleanup
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during events
• Ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
