The banquet set up/houseperson is responsible for set up/ breakdown of all banquet equipment and function rooms. This position requires reviewing and understanding the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and completing setup accordingly. The role involves setting up and breaking down all department functions such as meetings, dance floor, reception, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The individual will handle various table setups and ensure that the function room area and storage area are clean and organized.
