As Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Banquet Setup team member to help create smooth, polished, and beautifully arranged event spaces. About the Role The Banquet Setup team is responsible for preparing and transforming event spaces according to banquet orders and guest specifications. This hands-on role includes arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all event areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in creating well-organized setups, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment where teamwork and precision matter.
