About The Position

Responsible for setting up convention and exhibit space according to specific requirements dictated by the BEO’s in an efficient manner. Must always maintain high level of quality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be able to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
• Must maintain a high level of safety
• Must possess knowledge of use, cleaning and breakdown of equipment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.
• Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English.
• Need excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Keep banquet storeroom clean and organized
• Ensure each function is set-up to exact specifications as outlined by the BEO
• Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
