Comply at all times with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations. Ensure the correct and timely setup of all Banquet Event Order functions. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout banquet function spaces, pre-function areas, and storage rooms, including carpets, walls, windows, and heating/air conditioning units. Keep the banquet storeroom organized and stocked with necessary supplies for meetings or food service functions. Be familiar with fire exits and extinguisher locations, and adhere to all hotel safety rules. Break down function setups after completion and properly store all equipment and supplies. Notify management of any hazards or safety concerns. Perform other tasks or jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
