Our Banquet Set- Up staff are problem solvers with strong work ethics and they understand that customer satisfaction takes priority but efficient banquet operations make it possible. As a member of the Food and Beverage Banquets team, this position is responsible for creating an atmosphere that will inspire our guests. SUMMARY: Set up and/or breakdown tables and buffet or other special food service tables, stations and equipment according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO), layout and lists as well as provide banquet staff with equipment needs and service support.
