A banquet set up crew member is responsible for setting up banquet tables and chairs for events, arranging table settings and linens, displaying centerpieces and decorations, assisting with the placement of audiovisual equipment, cleaning and maintaining event spaces, restocking supplies as needed, and providing exceptional customer service to guests Why Join Hawks Cay Resort? Requirements
- Previous banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, move tables and chairs, lift at least 50lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Banquet Server Etiquette Training a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is a plus.
