Requirements

  • Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment
  • Ensure all banquet areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged prior to events
  • Assist with the delivery and placement of banquet supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with catering and event staff to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in all banquet areas
  • Break down and clean banquet spaces after events, ensuring proper storage of equipment and supplies
