About The Position

Join the team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach, beachfront leisure on Puerto Rico's beautiful coast! We're expanding our Banquets team and searching for a Part-Time Set-Up Attendant. Our private beachfront resort rests on Puerto Rico's northern coast, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean. Manuel Morales Beach is 10 minutes away, and central San Juan is 21 miles.

Requirements

• Experience in banquet set-up
• Full availability
• Previous hotel experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hotel/leisure/retail sector

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas
• Ensure equipment is in full working order and report any defects
• Project a professional manner to guests and team members
• Assist back of house team when requested
• Assist with set ups to ensure department runs efficiently
• Manage the mis-en-place relating to Food and Beverage functions and special menus in a timely manner
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Attend training provided by the hotel
