About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Services Set-Up to join our Banquets Team. As a Banquet Services Set-Up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all meetings and events are set up correctly, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in banquet services set-up or a similar role is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting and banquet rooms as per the event order
• Ensure all equipment, furniture, and materials are correctly placed, and the room is arranged to meet the guest's needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet rooms
• Collaborate with other Banquet Team members to ensure a seamless event experience
• Assist in the tear-down and pack-up of banquet equipment and event materials
