Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent people skills required.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Long periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart that weighs up to 150 lbs.
• Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages in a prompt and professional manner.
• Assisting in the set up and tear down of banquet-related equipment such as tables and table settings.
• Maintaining a neat and clean atmosphere.
• Reading Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring all contract requirements are met prior to the start of the event.
• Being attentive and removing plates once guest is finished, refilling water glasses as needed, and addressing any other guest requests.
• Adhering to safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Benefits
