About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. As a Banquet Server, you will ensure that all guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and culinary services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and place settings.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of food and beverage stations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
• Buss tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
• Provide attentive guest services by addressing any needs or requests during the event.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation.
