Requirements
- Previous experience in banquet, catering, or fine dining service preferred.
- Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays, equipment, or linens as required.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to delivering refined, luxury guest experiences with grace and attentiveness.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service to all banquet guests, consistently reflecting The Ben's elevated standards.
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring adherence to Banquet Event Orders and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, elegance, and discretion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and service areas throughout events.
- Support event teams in coordinating guest needs, special requests, and last-minute changes.
- Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and management teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a safe and polished environment.
- Exhibit flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
