What you will be doing: Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings Assist with the setup and teardown of all meetings and events Have full knowledge of beverage lists Have full knowledge of all menu items being served Maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet spaces and storage Follow service essentials at all times Other duties as assigned Physical Aspects of Position include (but not limited to): Constant standing and walking throughout shift Frequent lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
