Banquet Server
About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Server to provide excellent customer service to our guests at catered hotel functions. Must be able to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Eligible for base pay ($4 hour) + gratuities for each event function. Upside on gratuities. Currently filling one full-time vacancy – days/nights/weekends/holidays required. Sets up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet. Provide prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet meal functions. Performs tableside and/or buffet food service as required. Maintains a clean and orderly workstation. Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc., during and after banquet functions. Completes all assigned side work throughout the scheduled shift. Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction. Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints. Assists other banquet associates when needed. Must wear the required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Flexibility to work various shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Prior serving experience preferred but not required.
- Experience: Banquet: 1 year (Preferred).
- Food & Beverage: 1 year (Preferred).
