This serving position earns a competitive wage of $14/hour , plus a service charge. With the service charge , our Banquet Servers typically make $17 - $30/hour . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BANQUET SERVER As a Banquet Server, you are responsible for delivering first-class food and beverage service to our guests at our banquet events. You assist with the set-up of tables, chairs, linens, and other materials for each event. Friendly and approachable, you make sure that you're always available to guests during an event and that they receive service that lines up with their expectations. You help maintain our back of house and front of house as well as complete any side work duties you are assigned to ensure the overall success of our banquets. In addition, you seek counsel from management when needed and maintain a sense of urgency while on the service floor, so you're ready for any task that comes your way. You also take care to follow all health and sanitation guidelines for the protection of both our guests and other staff members. Requirements

• Serving experience
• Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) and Food Handler's certifications
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
