We set new standards in hospitality. Job Overview Under general supervision, provides prompt and courteous food service to customers. Set-up, service and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident-free manner.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in similar position of 3 months or longer.
  • Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Read BEOs and set up rooms, tables, and service areas for banquets, buffets, and special events according to specifications.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of buffets, service stations, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked event spaces and service stations.
  • Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests in banquet and restaurant settings.
  • Take and deliver a-la-carte food and beverage orders, following all guest check and cash-handling procedures.
  • Clear, break down, and reset banquet and buffet service areas efficiently.
  • Complete assigned side work and assist with room or service resets as needed.
  • Greet and engage with guests to ensure a high-quality dining and event experience.
  • Work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
