We set new standards in hospitality. Job Overview Under general supervision, provides prompt and courteous food service to customers. Set-up, service and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident-free manner.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in similar position of 3 months or longer.
- Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Read BEOs and set up rooms, tables, and service areas for banquets, buffets, and special events according to specifications.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of buffets, service stations, and audio-visual equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked event spaces and service stations.
- Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests in banquet and restaurant settings.
- Take and deliver a-la-carte food and beverage orders, following all guest check and cash-handling procedures.
- Clear, break down, and reset banquet and buffet service areas efficiently.
- Complete assigned side work and assist with room or service resets as needed.
- Greet and engage with guests to ensure a high-quality dining and event experience.
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
