This role involves pre-setting, serving meals and drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The Banquet Server works closely with the banquet team to ensure the smooth execution of events and adherence to service standards. Who You Are: Ability to listen carefully to guests' requests and relay instructions to others. Skilled communicator capable of engaging with guests and team members with clarity and professionalism Guest service focused and able to anticipate guests’ needs and deliver a high level of personalized service. Team player who contributes to a positive environment and smooth operations. Familiar with various types of food and beverages commonly served at banquets, including dietary restrictions and preferences.
