The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up and cleaning banquet rooms and serving banquets. This includes performing banquet dining room set up and breakdown tasks, providing immediate attention to all guests with utmost hospitality, taking beverage orders, serving food, pouring and refilling beverages, clearing soiled dishes, and cleaning all assigned work areas in the kitchen and dining room. The server must also advise the supervisor of any guest complaints and assist in closing functions by removing linen, busing items, and re-setting the room.
