About The Position

Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
Six months to one year serving experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Read, write and speak English fluently
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds
Must be able to read a BEO and know how to complete a setup.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
Set up the coffee break station by arranging coffee brewers, thermos pots, water pitchers, snacks (cookies, pastries), and condiments (sugar, milk) before the break starts.
Monitoring the station throughout the break, refilling items, and cleaning up spills.
Clearing all items, returning unused perishables to the kitchen, and cleaning the station after the event.
Greeting guests, answering questions about items, and assisting with special requests.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
