The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with OVG standards, ensuring a fine dining experience for all guests. This role requires the ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders, carry multiple trays efficiently, and set up, maintain, and inventory food and beverage stations across various event spaces. The Banquet Server must maintain clean and organized work areas, participate in event setup and cleanup, and deliver professional, customer-focused service with attention to detail. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently. A flexible schedule, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitude are required to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
