In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) to ensure all menu details, room setups, food, beverage, and audio-visual needs are met. You will assist the setup staff with table, buffet, and bar setups, ensuring everything is in place for the event. Quality and presentation of food will be a key focus, as you will check these aspects before serving. Additionally, you will prepare and serve beverages for the function, providing prompt and professional service to all guests. Communication with the kitchen is essential to keep them updated on any changes that may arise during the event.

  • Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
  • Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
  • Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
  • Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
  • Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
  • Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
  • Customer service focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations.
  • Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team that provides great experiences for guests.
