About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our events team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service during banquets, receptions, and other special events, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, silverware, glassware, etc.)
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
