About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team for a one-day event. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Experience in banquet serving or catering is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, for effective guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards at all times.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent guest relations and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Break down banquet setups after events, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
