The Banquet Server is responsible for setting up, working, and breaking down functions outside of the dining room. This part-time position reports to the Banquet Manager and the supervisor in charge of running the function. The role involves various duties including setting up tables with proper silverware and glassware, serving and bussing tables, replenishing buffets, and breaking down all functions and stations. The server is also responsible for gathering supplies for private stations and ensuring all guests' needs are satisfied while maintaining the banquet kitchen and organizing supplies.
