About The Position

We are a newly renovated hotel The William Fell located in the vibrant Fells Point area. The William Fell hotel has meeting venues that can host meetings or meals. We are looking for servers that are hands on and can set up a room according to specs and also able to serve the group in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Must pass background screen.
• Serving experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up a room according to specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
• Set tables and polish silverware prior to functions.
• Carry trays and chafing dishes of approximately 20 lbs each, ten to 15 times per shift.
• Help plate food as needed.
• Fold napkins and make coffee.
• Clean dishes from tables onto trays.
• Pour water for guests.
• Move tables and chairs as required.
• Carry soiled linen back to the laundry area.
• Comply with guests' needs.
