About The Position

The position involves reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure all details regarding menu, room setup, food, beverage, and audio-visual needs are met. The role requires assisting the setup staff with various tasks such as table setup, buffet setup, and bar setup. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for checking the quality and presentation of food before it is served, preparing and serving beverages for functions, and providing prompt and professional service to all guests. Effective communication with the kitchen staff is essential to keep them updated on any changes.

Requirements

  • Customer service focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative.
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations.
  • Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
