About The Position

The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage items in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service with a smile, and ensuring that all of guests have a memorable Live 5 experience.

Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: One - three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurants is preferred.
• License: Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license, and an Alcohol Beverage Card is required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea, and coffee machines.
• Ability to read and write basic instructions.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, and health regulations.
• Public relations skills needed.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
• Maintain positive and professional attitude.
