Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 1 year of banquet or food service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism at banquet functions.
• Set up and break down banquet areas, including moving tables, stacking chairs, and rolling linens.
• Carry large trays (minimum of six dinners) with confidence and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock service areas throughout your shift.
• Wash and return silverware and utensils, ensuring readiness for the next event.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Provide friendly, efficient service while working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
