Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job duties.
• Knowledge of food service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude.
• Greets guests warmly and builds relationships through friendly interactions.
• Anticipates guest needs and provides fast, flawless service.
• Checks for guest satisfaction and resolves service breakdowns effectively.
• Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership to guests.
• Serves food at functions and ensures quality service is provided at all times.
• Sets tables in assigned station and ensures cleanliness of glassware, flatware, and china.
• Refills glasses, replenishes bread and butter, and replaces ashtrays during meals.
• Removes dishes, silverware, and condiments after guests complete their entrees.
• Assists guests when leaving the dining room and communicates food problems to management.
• Stocks condiments, ice, and side stands when regular duties are complete.
• Attends to customer needs, such as lighting cigarettes and pulling out chairs.
• Carries approved corkscrew, pens, and lighters as part of the uniform.
• Assists other food servers in the service of guests when necessary.
• Completes special assignments for management as requested.
