About The Position

Aloft Dallas Downtown is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests during banquets and events.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Food Safety Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dining areas for banquets and events
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure that all tables are properly set and cleared
• Monitor food and beverage levels and restock as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any food-related issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
