This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really
good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch
and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of
luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

Nice To Haves

• One-year banquet/catering experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards

Responsibilities

• Accurately setting up all meetings and catered functions, including food and beverage service, according to banquet event order specifications
• Moving and storing all furniture and equipment needed for setting up and tearing down banquet functions
• Reading and interpreting Banquet Event Orders and Convention Resumes
