About The Position

Supervise the set-up of functions to include placement of linens, silver, china and glassware according to event specifications. Visually inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness, proper inventory and set-up. You'll be part of a dynamic team and work closely with culinary, sales, and operations departments to ensure a successful event from start to finish. Requirements

  • Previous supervisory/management experience and skills
  • Requires computer skills
  • Strong business communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years banquet leadership experience in a hotel preferred
  • Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred
