About The Position

The position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction during banquet functions. The individual will lead, guide, and train all banquet associates to perform their job duties effectively. This includes scheduling, evaluating, and providing coaching and counseling to banquet associates as needed. The role also involves ensuring an appropriate inventory of supplies and materials necessary for associates to perform their jobs, such as glass, china, silver, and A/V equipment. Additionally, the individual will establish, direct, and review alcohol and beverage procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Banquet leadership.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to food and liquor.
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment in helping guests and associates.
  • High work ethic, driven, and able to multi-task.
  • Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
