Description Responsibilities Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Banquet Setup: Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the event order. This includes physical activity in transporting heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms. Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water. Break down all meetings where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet so the room will be available to reset for the next function. Following attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms stay presentable at all times. This includes vacuuming & general upkeep. Qualifications Previous experience in banquet operations and/or hospitality preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with management, and co-workers to their understanding. High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
