Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous banquet set up experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, as well as read and comprehend event set-up diagrams.
• Customer service skills relating to both internal and external guests are required.
• Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and moving furniture for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and push/pull a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. is required.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects, kneel, crawl, and differentiate colors.
• Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Setup and teardown of all events.
• Reading and understanding banquet event instructions
• Arranging furniture and setting up equipment per event instructions
• Reviewing upcoming events and preparing required equipment and furniture needs
