About The Position

Description Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Setup and Load Technician stage the event area, assists during functions, and provides the best customer service to our guests. You will report to the Banquets Manager. Primary Tasks: You will prepare space before events/meetings. Ensure set up for all tables, chairs, equipment, and other accouterments according to event order. Tear down space after events/meetings. Organize and clean the Entertainment and Events area. Transfer supplies and equipment as available for each function. Ensure appropriate equipment is available for each function. You will check assigned events for details and special circumstances. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Promptly address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries. Perform other tasks may be assigned. Job Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience in the hospitality industry Can bend and carry multiple times during shift Responsibilities You will prepare space before events/meetings.
