About The Position

Join Four Seasons Hotel Nashville as a Banquet Houseperson , where you will play a key role in creating exceptional event experiences. This position ensures banquet spaces are set up, maintained, and cleared according to event requirements while delivering outstanding service to guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of food service or related experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions for room setups.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by banquet event orders.
• Stock and maintain linen, china, silverware, glassware, and other supplies in good condition for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function spaces according to hotel standards.
• Retrieve and store meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes safely from the receiving area.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist in serving food to guests when required.
• Make recommendations regarding banquet setups and improvements.
