About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to join our Banquet Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of our award-winning team while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company. The role involves setting up, breaking down, and cleaning banquet spaces, ensuring that all materials and equipment are in good condition, and maintaining the cleanliness of the banquet function space according to established maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
  • Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
  • Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely.
