WHAT YOU’LL DO The Banquet Head Houseperson play a vital role on the Banquet team by ensuring all meetings and events are correctly set up per diagram and event order specifications to guarantee a memorable experience for our guests. As the lead of the team you will assist in the daily game plan and execution for meeting and event room sets that include tables, chairs, and staging. In this position you will also play an active role working side by side with the Banquet Housemen in setting up all events and meetings. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to interpret and apply technical instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must possess good listening skills. Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to a variety of situations including room sets, turnovers and future room sets. Must have a great attention to detail.
