About The Position

The Banquet Food Server is responsible for serving food and beverage orders to guests, ensuring a high level of service and knowledge of menu items. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness at the dining tables, all while adhering to the Family Style Service model.

Requirements

• Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel, or casino atmosphere.
• Must possess and maintain a current Health Card, Liquor License, or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
• Must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the table with proper salutation and take beverage orders.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders using a tray, checking tables often for drink refills.
• Continually check tables in assigned section to remove dirty dishes when guests have completed eating.
• Exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.
• Perform related tasks as required.
