Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s license
Receptive to heavy lifting and working with chemicals
Proficient with mobile electronic devices including a 2-way radio to connect with fellow Cast Members
Can follow through with tasks while being accurate and efficient; ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Communication skills with ability to deliver clear and concise verbal and written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding

Nice To Haves

Bilingual preferred
Six (6) months of prior banquet or catering experience

Responsibilities

Service our many Theme Parks and Resort Banquet areas at scheduled groups and organized events, while working a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even late-night events
Acquire, assemble, and arrange tables and chairs for all Banquet events and functions, according to the banquet event order, keeping all event spaces, storage areas, foyers, and service areas clean and coordinated
Assist with banquet tear-down, as well as cleaning, servicing, and general maintenance of banquet equipment, function rooms, and related service area during event breaks
Move and transport kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, and we also drive company vehicles and operate lift gates, forklifts, and other equipment that are important to the role
Maintain the show quality of the Disney experience to our guests by being positive and efficient while working in this fast-paced and time-sensitive environmen
