Responsibilities

  • Check in with the Manager on Duty for instructions regarding the assigned Banquet Event.
  • Read the Run of Show (ROS) and room layouts for proper room set-up.
  • Lift and place tables and chairs from racks, setting up multiple rooms according to the given layout.
  • Lay linens and set tables following banquet standards.
  • Bus and clear tables, discarding waste as needed.
  • Pick up and dispose of trash, disinfect surfaces, and thoroughly clean restrooms.
  • Perform floor care, including buffing and daily mopping.
  • Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, partitions, and floors, and change out paper products.
  • Dust mop, dust, clean windows and glass, empty trash, and dispose of emptied alcohol waste from the bar.
  • Stock supplies in all cleaning areas.
  • Properly move and store equipment while following safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty.
