About The Position

The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing food for banquets
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Prior line cooking experience including sauté, grill, fry oven and steam.
Posses a team player attitude and be flexible.
Understand and have basic knowledge of sanitation procedures.
Prior cooking experience plus 1-2 years prior cooking experience

• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
• Ability to read and follow directions from recipes.
