In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Requirements
- You have at least one year of experience as a line cook in a hotel preferably and and in banquets.
- You have or have the ability to take your food handlers certification.
- You are able to stand for long periods of time.
- You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
Nice To Haves
- Having upscale dining experience is a plus.
- You have a keen eye for details and you have high quality standards in your work.
