Requirements

Be flexible with schedule and available to work all shifts; AM (early as 6:00 am), PM (late as 2 am) & weekends, holidays.
This is a regular full time position
Previous production cook experience in a fast paced atmosphere is required. Previous Hotel experience is preferred.
This position also requires standing, walking, reaching and/or lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
Must present ServSafe Foodhandlers certification upon hire.

Previous Hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Hotel Production Cook is responsible for cooking, control quality and consistency of all food produced and served in the Hotel Restaurant Outlets and/or Hotel Banquets and Catered Events.
Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service and all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.
Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned stations and understand & fulfill Banquet Event Orders and Guest Orders.
This person would be responsible for production of orders in a timely manner.
